DIRCKS 2026 brand shoot

Picking our photo and video team

Prepared by Wyatt Poole · November 6, 2026

This page sums up the bids for the new website's photos and the CEO video so we can pick a team and book dates. I'm out and traveling Monday through Friday (November 9 to 13), so please leave your pick and any notes in the box at the bottom as soon as you can, even over the weekend. That way I can lock in the vendor before the dates fill up. Your picks save automatically, and you can come back to this same link anytime.

It should take about 5 minutes from your phone.

What we're buying

The same scope went to every vendor, so the prices below compare like for like.

My take

D-MAK Productions at $9,950 is the best value right now. It's the only bid under $10,000 that covers photo and video for every session. Joe has committed to the December 8 delivery and is holding November 20 for the warehouse.

One thing to check before we sign: their website is mostly video work, so I'd ask Joe for still photos of crews at work first.

From our calls Joe confirmed the Dec 8 delivery and is holding Nov 20. He found the savings by combining the two moves into one day and dropping the reels and loops. Lowered the price twice this week, from $18,000 to $10,000, by cutting video to the warehouse day only. Stephen's half-day rate is fixed (it's based on his time). He wants dates locked in quickly so he can block his calendar. Very interested. He says the job is similar to work he's done for several past clients. Mostly corporate and industrial photography (mining, manufacturing, ASU School of Medicine). His first price came in high, and he's sharpening it for Monday.
Who shows up One local Phoenix crew for both photo and video National booking network. Crew is assigned locally. Two separate local businesses Local Phoenix studio
Portfolio fit Corporate video (Intel, Microsoft, Chipotle). Few still photos online. Strongest corporate video record. Crew quality varies by city. Mostly luxury real estate and headshots. Couldn't verify the video partner. Best industrial stills (mining, manufacturing, ASU Medicine)
Watch-outs The $9,950 price needs both moves on the same day. 50% deposit, all payments final. No video at the moves. Can't compare until the video quote arrives. First price was high. Revised quote Monday.

Portfolio fit is based on each vendor's public website and reviews. Before we sign, we'll ask the finalist for samples that look most like our shoot.
